The Management Team of the Kuopio Conservatory has proposed adjustments to the tuition and instrument loan fees effective from the beginning of 2027, and the Board of Directors approved these increases at its meeting on September 29th, 2026.
In recent years, the costs of our operations have risen significantly due to increased personnel, facility, and material expenses. To ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality, goal-oriented, and accessible instruction, as well as maintain the conditions necessary for our activities, it has become necessary to revise our tuition fees.
We have sought to keep the increases as moderate as possible and to ensure that participation remains accessible to as many students as possible. The increase in tuition and instrument loan fees range from €5 to €20 per semester.
